Where Kourtney Kardashian Eats: 15 Restaurants the Wellness Queen Actually Loves
By Brady Jonas | May 22, 2025
AUTHOR BIO: Brady Jonas has covered celebrities and their culinary adventures since 2011. He’s currently obsessed with, well, actually, there are a lot of celebrities he’s obsessed with at the moment. Find many of his celebrity fascinations here.
Of all the Kardashians, Kourtney’s the one I’d most want to split a meal with.
She’s the only one who seems like she’d actually eat the thing she’s posting—and not just for the camera. Her tastes run from vegan sushi joints to the kind of Armenian restaurants she grew up on, and every now and then she’ll blow it all up with a pancake binge at IHOP. It’s chaotic, oddly relatable, and kind of perfect.
So here it is: the 15 restaurants where Kourtney Kardashian Barker actually eats, in all their oat-milk-mocha, muhammara-slathered, green-salad glory.
Carousel – Hollywood

This old-school Armenian restaurant has been feeding the Kardashians since before they were a brand. Kourtney’s talked about growing up on Carousel’s grape leaves and muhammara, and now she brings her kids there when she wants to remind them they’re not just reality royalty. It’s not vegan, it’s not trendy—but it’s family, and that counts for something.
Crossroads Kitchen – West Hollywood

This is the vegan restaurant Kourtney takes people when she wants to show off, but not too much. She and Travis are regulars at Crossroads, a dimly lit West Hollywood spot where the fried “chicken” and artichoke oysters are as dramatic as the clientele. She’s posted about the brownie sundae like it’s a religious awakening—and honestly, she’s not wrong.
Dicki's – Brisbane

Kourtney’s tour of Australian vegan spots continued with the cozy Brisbane café Dicki’s, where the couple stopped in during the Blink-182 tour. We’re told she ordered the Chick’n Katsu Burger and Travis had the Sticky ‘Duck’ Toastie. They washed down the feast with a cold-pressed green juice and a turmericlatte. Afterward, Dicki’s owner Justine Zulueta posted a photo with Kourtney and Travis to social media with the note: “I mean, I love my job.” Which makes me wonder if Dicki’s is hiring.
Erewhon — Los Angeles

Erewhon isn’t just Kourtney’s go-to market—it’s the backdrop for her signature Poosh Potion Detox Smoothie. The limited-edition drink blends almond milk, coconut water, dairy-free yogurt, activated charcoal, avocado, blueberries, and a cocktail of wellness buzzwords like fulvic minerals and hyaluronic acid. It’s visually striking, aggressively clean, and exactly the kind of thing she’d swirl around for an Instagram story while pretending not to notice.
Health Nut – Calabasas

If you’ve ever watched Keeping Up, you’ve seen this salad container. Kourtney is a loyal Health Nut customer, typically ordering a chef salad with no cheese and pairing it with a green tea. Kris Jenner liked it so much she invested, which says something about the ROI of lettuce.
IHOP

For her 45th birthday, Kourtney blew past the vegan restraint and went full Americana with a breakfast at IHOP. She posed with a stack of pancakes, a branded mug, and a cake that looked like it was frosted by a five-year-old on a sugar bender. It was chaotic, weirdly charming, and more authentic than anything she’s done on Poosh.
La Sandwicherie – Miami

Kourtney isn’t one to wax poetic about a baguette, but even she couldn’t resist the French-style sandwiches at this Miami staple. She raved about the fresh veggies and housemade vinaigrette like they were a skincare product, which, in her world, is high praise. It's the kind of place that smells like sunscreen and vinegar and never bothers with a hostess stand.
Lucky’s – Malibu

Kourtney’s been spotted at Lucky’s ordering the Impossible Burger like it’s a steakhouse secret. She goes for the fries and green tea, Travis goes for the vibe, and together they make plant-based dining at a meat-forward restaurant look romantic. It’s steakhouse cosplay for the clean-eating crowd.
Ma-Kin – Agoura Hills

Hidden in a strip mall near Calabasas, Ma-Kin Vegan Sushi is where Kourtney goes when she’s craving spicy tuna on crispy rice but wants to keep it plant-based. It’s the kind of place that still uses laminated menus and fluorescent lighting, which makes her love for it even more endearing. She gave it the ultimate Kardashian seal of approval: a Poosh blog post.
Monty’s Good Burger – Los Angeles

Monty’s is where Kourtney goes when she wants to be “bad” in the most L.A. way possible. She orders an Impossible burger, sweet potato fries, and a Travis-inspired oat matcha milkshake that somehow still fits the wellness narrative. It’s fast food for people who listen to wellness podcasts and also really love ketchup.
Nili – Rovaniemi, Finland

While in Finland, Kourtney dined at Nili, a more traditional spot known for serving things like reindeer and game broths in dimly lit, lodge-like surroundings. It’s rustic, hyperlocal, and absolutely not vegan—which made it all the more surprising. She praised the experience on Poosh, writing: “Nili was the interesting spot that served bear and bear stock. It had distinctive textures like carrot foam and herbal broths made from nettle. When traveling, I like to dive into the local activities and be open to all the food to give myself and the kids an authentic experience.”
Nobu

You don’t marry into the Kardashians without making regular pilgrimages to Nobu. Kourtney’s been going for years, one time spotted there wearing a Norma Kamali alligator turtle dress with Naked Wolfe spice black stretch boots. And while she’s ditched the yellowtail sashimi for vegan rolls, she’s still there often enough that the valet probably knows her matcha order. It’s Nobu—everyone goes for the view, but Kourtney goes because that crispy rice with avocado really does hit.
Ristorante Puny – Portofino, Italy

Kourtney’s Italian wedding wasn’t exactly intimate, but her dinner at Puny came close. She and Travis ate trofie al pesto and grilled sea bass like two people who still believe in honeymoon phases, surrounded by votives and whispered Italian. The restaurant didn’t need the exposure, but Kourtney gave it the kind of wedding-week glow you can’t pay for.
Roka – Rovaniemi, Finland

Leave it to Kourtney to find a chic little bistro at the edge of the Arctic Circle. After days of snowmobiling and dog sledding, she and the family landed at Roka for mushroom pastas and smoked fish, proving that even near the North Pole, she’s going to find the best place in town. She posted it with the enthusiasm of someone who genuinely liked the meal, not just the ambiance.
Smith & Deli – Melbourne

When she and Travis were in Melbourne, they did what every tattooed couple in love does—found the city’s most hyped vegan café and ordered enough food to feed a small film crew. Kourtney posted about Smith & Deli with the same energy she usually reserves for birthday cakes and crystal healing. The food is irreverent, plant-based, and big enough to qualify as comfort, even in a time zone that isn’t hers.
