A dinner at Swank Specialty Produce begins with a drive west, past the suburbs and into the agricultural reaches of Palm Beach County. Then come cocktails beneath a pole barn, vegetables grown a short walk from the table, and a rotating roster of South Florida chefs cooking at a 20-acre Loxahatchee farm.

The 2026/27 Swank Table season begins Nov. 7 with a farmhouse dinner led by Four Seasons chef Brandon Salomon. Over the next five months, founders Jodi and Darrin Swank will turn the farm into, among other things, a 1970s dance floor, Hawaiian luau, Cuban party, and cowboy gathering.

Each all-inclusive dinner opens with a welcome bite and cocktails, followed by four canapés and a multi-course meal with wine, beer, and other drinks. Live bands, dancing, costumes, and the occasional cigar roller reinforce the idea that everyone came out here for a party rather than a hushed dissertation on microgreens.

Swank’s pesticide-free vegetables, microgreens, edible flowers, and specialty produce give the visiting chefs their starting point. Chef liaison Jon Sarmiento coordinates the collaborations, while Sub-Culture Group chef Jeffrey Wueller prepares the welcome bites. Chef Patrick Carney oversees specialty meals, and sommelier Jon Wine of The Tasting Room handles the drinks.

Several dinners also benefit South Florida organizations, including the Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida, Fresh Rx, Rohi’s Readery, the West Palm Beach Library Foundation, and Young Singers of the Palm Beaches.

New events include Havana Nights, with Cuban food, dancers, live music, and cigar rollers; a candlelit Woodland Supper centered on open-fire cooking; and the Blue Zones Experience, inspired by the cuisines and habits of communities known for longevity. Returning themes include Throwback to the ’70s and the season-ending Vetu De Blanc White Party.

The farmers market returns ahead of the dinner series on Oct. 10. Running from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday through May, the free market brings together produce, local vendors, and live music. Chef James Strine will add Swank salads and whole-hog sandwiches to the mix, which makes grocery shopping sound suspiciously like lunch.
