Cafe 431 is family owned and operated, and it wears the breakfast-and-lunch identity like a uniform. The signature move is the 431 Pancakes Sampler: two pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, a choice of home fries or grits, plus a biscuit and sausage gravy, which is less a plate than a dare to finish it.
