If you’re looking to flex on the summer interns in Midtown Manhattan, estiatorio Milos has put the Greek islands on a cocktail menu. The refined Greek restaurant has rolled out a summer promotion designed to loosen those neckties.

The menu includes five spritzes named after Greek islands, priced at $20 each. We tried the Mykonos, made with Dobel Blanco tequila, Aperol, watermelon and lime juices, fresh mint, and Amalia Brut Rosé. The Symi combines Votanikon Gin, Italicus, fresh grapefruit juice, limoncello, and Amalia Brut Rosé.

Cocktail-and-appetizer pairings are $29. Come for a spritz, and you may easily end up staying for a meal. Either way, it’s a great place to enjoy the waning days of summer amid business bros and calming white Cycladic décor.

Chef Costas Spiliadis opened the original estiatorio Milos in Montreal in 1979, building the restaurant around simply prepared Greek seafood and a market display where diners select their fish. The Midtown location followed in 1997, and the international restaurant group now has outposts from Miami Beach and Las Vegas to Athens, London, and Dubai.

In Midtown, the salmon tartare and fava crostini with seared octopus almost make you forget you’re on West 55th Street in a button-down, briefly transporting you to the salty Aegean. If you’ve got an hour to spare, the accommodating staff at estiatorio Milos will make it feel like a quick trip to Greece.
