Ember & Vine opened Monday in Coral Springs with the sort of menu that can take someone from overnight oats at breakfast to miso black cod at dinner, with a jalapeño-tequila cocktail somewhere between the two.

Breakfast begins with matcha overnight oats and a garden wrap with roasted vegetables, potatoes, scrambled eggs, and goat cheese. The P.E.C. stacks porchetta, eggs, and cheese on a brioche bun with Calabrian chile tomato jam. Coffee comes from Coral Springs-based 360F Roasters.

Ember & Vine follows something of a trend in western Broward restaurants that have already found an audience for high-level cooking. Pasta And makes all its pasta in-house daily in Margate. In Coral Springs, The Cook and the Cork changes its menu with the seasons, and Capriccio Ristorante represents suburbia with white tablecloth dining. Ember & Vine adds breakfast and lunch to that formula, along with a dinner menu that moves from Roman-style pinsa to miso black cod.

At dinner, Christina’s Crudité pairs garden vegetables with cashew-miso tzatziki and almond romesco. Roman-style pinsa comes with whipped herb ricotta and local honey, while the miso black cod is served with crispy rice, wakame, and sake-soy butter. Beef short ribs arrive with scallion pancakes, tamari, and sesame.

Pastry chef Miranda Whitaker’s desserts include mini carrot Bundt cakes with pistachio gelato, baked Alaska, and matcha tea’ramisu. She has also turned P Hospitality’s butter cake into a cake pop, sparing diners the burden of choosing between butter cake and food on a stick.

The restaurant is the latest from Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli, the husband-and-wife owners of P Hospitality Management. Their South Florida restaurants include Corvina Seafood & Grill, Prezzo Boca Raton, Dear Olivia, and Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian.

The bar pours wines, draft beer, and cocktails including The Host, made with mint-infused vodka, lime, agave, and muddled mint. The Jet Setter combines jalapeño-infused tequila with pineapple, passion fruit, and lime. It completes the trip Ember & Vine set out to offer: overnight oats in the morning, black cod at dinner, and jalapeño tequila somewhere between the two.
